Wright Armory Employment Application Authorization & Terms

Wright Armory LLC (“Wright Armory,” “WA,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and values-driven workplace. All applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other classification protected by law. By submitting an employment application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information I provide to Wright Armory, whether written, verbal, or electronic, is complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false, misleading, or omitted information may disqualify me from further consideration or result in termination if discovered after employment.
2. Employment-At-Will
I understand that, if hired, my employment will be at-will. This means either I or Wright Armory may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. No representative of Wright Armory has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to this unless it is in writing and signed by ownership.
3. Authorization for Verification
I authorize Wright Armory to verify all statements contained in my application or résumé. This includes contacting past employers, references, schools, and other organizations to confirm my background, qualifications, and eligibility for employment. I release all such parties and Wright Armory from any liability resulting from providing or obtaining this information.
4. Background, Eligibility, and Screening
I understand that Wright Armory reserves the right—but is not obligated—to conduct any of the following, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable law:
Criminal background checks
Employment and education verification
Firearms possession eligibility checks under federal and state law
Drug or alcohol screening prior to or during employment
I authorize such inquiries and consent to the processing of my personal data for employment-related purposes.
5. Legal Eligibility to Handle Firearms
Because Wright Armory is a federally licensed firearms manufacturer and gunsmithing facility, certain roles may involve the handling, storage, or transport of firearms, ammunition, or serialized components.
I certify that:
I am not a prohibited possessor under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or relevant Arizona statutes, and
I am legally eligible to handle, possess, or work around firearms and ammunition.
If I am not legally permitted to do so, I will immediately notify Wright Armory.

Wright Armory retains applicant information in accordance with federal record-keeping and ATF compliance requirements. 8. No Guarantee of Employment
Submission of an application does not create an employment contract or guarantee of employment. Wright Armory may, at its sole discretion, withdraw, modify, or close any open position at any time.
9. Electronic Consent & Signature
By submitting this application electronically, I acknowledge that my digital submission constitutes my signature and agreement to these terms and that I have read and understand the contents of this Employment Application Authorization & Terms.
