- Hunter Crown is rounded to protect the crown from rocks and debris
- Match Crown is 11 degree; recessed is the same with a flat shoulder at edges
- Only crown available with barrel threading is a recessed match crown
- If having your barrel threaded please review thread size specs before placing your order
- Barrels for threading under min shoulder diameter will need a custom shoulder
- If you would like the barrel shortened specify dimensions cut off barrel / new OAL in notes
- We cannot cut a rifle barrel below 16″ without a copy of your approved form 1 sent in with your order
- Semi Auto gas guns may require tuning of the gas system to run reliably with a shorter barrel length
- This listing is for bolt gun, stripped, and AR style barrels

Description
Many rifles with featherweight and lightweight barrels – Tikkas, Christensen Arms, Kimbers and similar – don’t have the muzzle thickness to reliably accept standard muzzle devices. We offer the Custom Shoulder Service in which we machine extra thread length on your barrel and fit a concentric, machined shoulder that gives proper bearing surface and support for your desired muzzle device. The result: a safe, secure mounting point so your hunting rifle can be properly braked or used as a suppressor host without compromising accuracy or durability.
