• Bases components will be torqued to spec w/ blue loctite
• Rings will be torqued to spec w/o out loctite unless requested
• All hardware will be witness marked to aid in visual inspection by shooter
• Laser boresight will get you on paper, but may need minor adjustments for a true zero
